Dear Friend, to start up the AUP in Palestine, we’ll need more than your
moral support. The urgency of your
charitable gift to the AUP is paramount. To capitalize the project, especially
in the first few years, we need income that streams from all possible
sources-including your tax-deductible donations. Please
donate. Through your generous contribution, directly to FANUES Foundation, you
are investing in the future of Middle East peace, in building a strong regional
economic integration, in securing the rewards of peace for all of its partners,
and serving the best interests of all. Our goal
in the next five years is to raise money in outright unrestricted gifts. Your
contribution is tax-deductible. On the average, if 5000 Americans donate
$2000 a year of tax money, AUP can reach that goal. Add to that the
generous charitable tax-exempt contributions of corporations, and foundations
and the AUP is a sure success. Your
gift will maintain our current momentum as we seek to move through temporary
financial exigencies. Giving opportunities, in addition to general program
operating fund, include building the campus, and rallying the American and
international community around the project. Gifts
may include cash, appreciated securities, and other assets,
which can be converted to cash, or use the option of billing installments to
